As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Mount Juliet, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate with professionalism, and support daily operations with an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or badge compliance while assisting with directions, policy awareness, and general support for daily site operations.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
