Materials Buyer

Owning the full purchasing lifecycle, the full-time remote Materials Buyer will manage reordering and procurement of raw materials, packaging, and marketing materials while resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes. Key responsibilities Own reordering for raw materials, packaging, marketing materials, shipping materials, and hard goods, ensuring accurate order quantities and lead times Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage first-time purchase orders for new items, ensuring timely shipping and delivery Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle, maintaining accuracy in NetSuite and ensuring compliance with quality assurance before shipment release Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain execution within CPG, food & beverage, or related industries Hands-on purchasing experience, including placing POs, managing reorders, and resolving discrepancies Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain open PO trackers and supplier performance dashboards Experience with ERP systems in a purchasing capacity, with a preference for NetSuite Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
