Required Skills:

• Valid Washington State medical license or IMLC certification
• Proven experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in labor and delivery, postpartum, and general gynecological care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document patient contact hours accurately and thoroughly for compliance and audit purposes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) documentation standards
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting involving on-call responsibilities
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB-GYN practice
• Prior experience with hospital call shifts and outpatient care

Other Requirements:

• Clean history and malpractice insurance required
• Ability to monitor and review patient records remotely; on-site presence during call hours is not mandatory
• Supportive documentation includes supporting notes, timesheet entries, and call back hours verification for audit compliance
• Ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care for a minimum of three months, starting from the specified date
