Job Description
Registered Nurse - ER

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, from 18:45 to 07:15. Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

48-hour contracts offered, with the option for 13-week contracts available until February 27, 2027.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS, NIH, MOAB, and BLS.
• Skills required: IV Start, Triage, Telemetry, and Conscious Sedation.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates accepted, with a rate difference.

Responsibilities

• Caring for adult patients, including those with STEMI, stroke, and level 2 trauma.
• Maintaining patient ratios: Non-Critical 3:1, Critical 2:1, and Medical borders 5:1 in the ED.
• Ensuring effective communication and documentation through established protocols.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.

Compliance / Notes

Must pass EKG testing prior to start. No call requirement and no float requirement. Orientation will be 36 or 48 hours.
