IT Manager

Salary: $86,000 - 126,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• PMP or CSM certification is preferred, but not required.
• We prefer 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• We lead the Project Management Office by strengthening project governance, portfolio management, delivery standards, and operational excellence across our Digital Health organization.
• We oversee project managers and portfolio managers and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• We partner with business and IT leaders to align investments with organizational priorities.
• We maintain consistent project execution, resource planning, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement.
• We define measurable productivity metrics across all major areas of responsibility.
• We set operational and quality targets and monitor efficiency using relevant metrics and industry benchmarks.
• We apply strong business and technical knowledge to improve service value.
• We build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and deepen our understanding of customer business processes and priorities.
• We use PMO tools and established processes to manage projects effectively.
• We assess workload needs, identify required skills, and allocate resources in a cost-effective way.
• We support team development by setting goals, reviewing progress, meeting regularly, and delegating responsibilities appropriately.
