Act as an ambassador of the Guiding Values and Behaviors. Ensure outstanding guest experiences and build lasting customer relationships. Plan and manage staffing, scheduling, people development, career development, and succession planning. Lead training, coaching, and performance management for the team. Develop subject‑matter experts by coaching managers and associates and delegating responsibility. Maintain consistent delivery of high‑quality operations and service, and continually improve standards. Update and upgrade operations as needed. Adhere to café systems, policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, and food‑safety standards. Manage labor and inventory to support and drive profitability. Grow sales, execute company and café strategies, and maximize profitability. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Three years of management experience (preferred). Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to drive positive results and run great shifts. Demonstrated understanding of the business and strong strategic thinking. ServSafe certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
