This role allows you to work closely with children, providing essential behavioral support and implementing effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings, preferred
• Familiarity with implementing ABA principles and documenting progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions based on student needs
• Must pass required background checks and screenings

• Deliver one-on-one or small-group ABA therapy to students with behavioral needs
• Collect data and track student progress under the supervision of a BCBA
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and family members
• Support a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions and progress
