United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Hosts to join their Team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport


Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team at Bar Symon, where exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere are our top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating/waitlist rotation.
• Communicate accurate wait times.
• Maintain host stand cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with to go orders when needed.
• Assist servers when needed.
• Turn around tables and assist with expo.
• Provide excellent guest service.

Job Requirements

• Stands for long periods
• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
• Is legally able to work in the U.S.
• Is able to pass a federal background check
• Executes tasks independently
• Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
• Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
• Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
• Works in or around large crowds
