Position Overview

:The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care services, including routine vision and advanced medical exams, leveraging cutting-edge diagnostic technology such as RETeval ERG, Rabin CCT, OCT, Optos California, Olleyes threshold fields, FDTs, NuLids, Anterior Segment Photography, and RightEye. The practice emphasizes preventative care, visual performance, and expanded medical services within the full scope of Nevada optometry

Key Responsibilitie

s:• Perform full-scope optometric care, including comprehensive eye exams and advanced medical testin

g.• Manage a balanced schedule of routine (60-70%) and medical (30-40%) encounter

s.• Embrace expanded care opportunities to maximize patient outcome

s.• Collaborate with a team of 32+ O.D.s and experienced support staff, including optometric technicians, diagnostic technicians, and optician

s.• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and ensuring continuity of car
