HR Operations Specialist

HRIS Operations SpecialistThis position administers payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR compliance for the company. The role involves a mix of HR Operations and HRIS administration, serving as the system administrator for people platforms and systems. This person will also provide people data reporting and analysis for government agency filings, EEO review, benefits administration, and compensation administration.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end payroll processing and administration for approximately 200 employees, interacting with the payroll vendor and the company's Accounting team.Serve as the system administrator for the HR/Payroll system (ADP) and other people systems, including performance management, compensation, and benefits platforms.Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment, reporting and analysis, and vendor invoice management.Manage compensation administration, including pay banding, incentive plan design and maintenance, and pay equity analysis.Prepare and perform HR state and government filings to ensure deadlines are met (e.g., EEO-1, state filings).Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality across all processes.Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects as needed.Required QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR operations or similar role performing payroll and benefits administration is required. This must include experience with end-to-end payroll processing.Substantive experience as a system administrator or super user for an HRIS, specifically with ADP, is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting is also necessary.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Employee Navigator is preferred.A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
