Fence Construction Installer/Laborer

Job Description

Lee Fence and Outdoor, LLC is your premier choice for custom fencing and decking solutions. As part of a fourth generation family-owned business, Lee Fence offers custom solutions for residential and commercial fencing, decking and railing while serving customers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are currently seeking Fence Construction Laborers to join our team.

The Fence Construction Laborer is responsible for installing fence products under the guidance of a foreman while following all company safety policies. Other responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, and cleaning project sites and yard areas.

Qualified candidates are encouraged to possess a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), although no prior experience or training is required. Candidates must be willing to perform manual physical labor and be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. All applicants must pass a drug test and physical during the pre-employment process.
