Job Opportunity in Aerospace and Commercial Fastener Distribution

We are a leading aerospace and commercial fastener distributor serving customers across North America for more than 65 years. We are growing our Atlanta team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in business-to-business sales, account management, and customer development. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, entry-level professionals, or individuals looking to begin a professional sales career with a stable and growing company. No fastener or aerospace experience is required as we provide training, mentorship, and career development.

Salary: $45,000/year plus bonus plan* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Essential Job Functions:

• Build and develop relationships with new and prospective customers while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities, developing leads, and expanding customer relationships within the branch territory.
• Identify and qualify customer opportunities through proactive communication and relationship-building.
• Utilize CRM systems, quoting tools, and internal platforms to manage customer activity, sales opportunities, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and other internal teams to support customer success and business growth.
• Continuously develop industry knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Fastener industry and product knowledge a plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 Per Year
