1st Shift Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Quality Inspector to join their team. As a 1st Shift Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Inspector

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $22-$28/hr.

Schedule: M-F (4am-6am start time) Saturday's as needed (40-50 hrs per week)

What's the Job?

• Read prints/specifications, measure parts, and work with various gages to ensure product conformance.

• Visually inspect sample parts and identify any nonconforming parts, documenting results accurately.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to assist the team in meeting quality, cost, and delivery goals.

• Train other inspectors on required functions and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate job status and relevant information to coworkers and operators regarding defective products.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.

• Good communication and basic math skills.

• Familiarity and experience with various gages and measuring equipment.

• Five years of related experience.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• ITAR compliant
