Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate patient needs utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with diverse cultural backgrounds as well as varying ages pertinent to their assigned areas.
• Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through collaboration with all team members.
• The Staff LPN establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.

• Licensed as Practical Nurse in South Carolina.
• BLS preferred, or successful completion of a hospital-provided BLS course within 90 days of hire.
