Summary The Keyholder supports store leadership and delivers exceptional customer service through product knowledge and relationship building. This role helps drive sales, repeat business, and a positive team environment. Responsibilities Support the store manager with daily store operations. Open and close the store, receive merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed. Oversee sales transactions and follow cash protection procedures. Promote and sell products while maintaining customer satisfaction. Assist with merchandising and motivate sales associates to achieve objectives. Requirements At least two years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to build effective working relationships, adapt quickly, and work independently under pressure. Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
