This is a day shift position from 06:30 to 19:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a state-of-the-art acute rehabilitation hospital. The focus is on maximizing health, function, and quality of life for adults recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. This role encompasses providing customized and intense rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
