Tool & Die Technician 1st Shift

Pay: $20.00$30.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

We are hiring a Tool & Die Technician for a well-established manufacturing company that produces precision metal products and components for industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, and Government. What You'll Do:

• Machine, build, repair, and modify tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges
• Operate a variety of equipment including CNC mills, manual mills (Bridgeport), lathes, and surface grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints and detailed drawings to produce accurate parts
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and identify areas for improvement
• Suggest modifications to improve tool performance and reduce downtime
• Perform tool maintenance and repairs as needed
• Follow all quality standards and complete required documentation
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Work closely with the Tooling Manager and production team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Tool & Die Maker, Technician, or Repairman is a plus
• Experience with manual machining (Bridgeport, grinders, lathes) and/or CNC equipment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints is required
• Experience in a custom job shop or aerospace environment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of tooling design and construction
• Own tools preferred
• Willingness to learnapprentice-level candidates will be considered
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug test
