Desktop Support Technician

What You’ll Do: Provide sole onsite IT support to end users, including leadership, in a manufacturing and office environment Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Deploy and maintain PCs, printers, and conference room A/V equipment Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs Support IT projects and maintain equipment inventory What You Bring: 4-5 years of IT support experience (desktop, hardware, or network) Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills in an enterprise level environment Experience with Windows environments and basic networking Ticketing system and asset management experience Why Apply?
