ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)

Catering Administrative Assistant We are hiring immediately for a full time Catering Administrative Assistant position. Location: Medtronic Mounds View - 8200 Coral Sea Street, Mounds View, MN 55112. Requirement: Previous catering and administrative experience preferred. Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour. Additional Job Duties: Coordinate catering orders from the initial customer request through completion. Review catering orders in CaterTrax to ensure food, beverages, serving supplies, equipment, and other requested items are accurate and available. Prepare and organize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to provide culinary and catering teams with clear, accurate information for execution. Associates at Bon Apptit are offered many fantastic benefits.
