Salary: $230,000 $280,000 per year + Productivity Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician to join a well-established, physician-led outpatient practice in Houston, TX.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary, an established patient panel, a supportive clinical team, and a diverse patient population. The practice has served the community for over 28 years and provides a modern EMR system.

Schedule

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

• One-hour lunch break

• 100% outpatient - no hospital responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Conduct physical exams and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.

• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

• Complete and lock patient charts within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.

• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• DEA registration.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• 3+ years of outpatient experience preferred; qualified new graduates are welcome to apply .
