About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Loans Enablement Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processes of syndicated and bilateral loans, including loan closing, servicing, rate setting, payments, advances, fees, and portfolio management. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in syndicated lending, particularly in the areas of loan closing, servicing, and trading. The Vice President will also serve as the operational lead for agency functions, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include managing the full lifecycle of loans within the relevant systems, resolving complex loan issues, and enhancing loan operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in LoanIQ or ClearPar, be a subject matter expert in syndicated loans, and possess excellent people management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a paralegal background is considered a plus. The role demands a professional who can interpret and apply complex credit agreements and legal documentation to operational processes, and who is adept at collaborating with both internal and external parties to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
