- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently and to the highest quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Use kitchen equipment such as meat slicer & panini press
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee bean varieties, and preparation methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, lobby, and restrooms.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and preparing food items (pastries, simple sandwiches, etc.) as needed.
- Provide outstanding, friendly customer service
- Previous experience as a barista or in a food service role is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate!
- A positive, energetic attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- $14-$17.50/hr + Tips
- Paid every Friday
