We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Lead Barista to join our team and help us continue to make The Yellow House a welcoming haven for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Lead Barista, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our coffee shop runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care.
• Leading and supporting the barista team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
• Upholding The Yellow House’s standards for quality, consistency, and hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Experience: At least 1 year of barista experience is required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks.
• Leadership: A team player who can inspire and guide others while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Attention to Detail: A knack for keeping things organized and ensuring every cup meets our high standards.
