Occupational Therapist Assistant

Well Care Home Health of the Triangle, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one home health therapy across the Triangle area. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support ADL and functional mobility training, educate patients and caregivers, and accurately document visits in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
