Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for CCU patients, including cardiovascular monitoring and critical care interventions
- Manage Ventilator support, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring as part of routine care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care plans
- Document assessments, treatments, and responses in Meditech Expanse; ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to acute changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
- Maintain patient safety and adherence to unit policies, ratios (1:2), and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; participate in rounds and care conferences
- Be prepared to float to PCU when required and maintain competency across CCU/PCU tasks

Requirements
- Massachusetts RN license (active) to be uploaded with profile
- Mass Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required upfront with traveler profile
- 2 years of current Critical Care experience (required)
- Willingness to float to PCU as needed (required)
- Ventilation, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring experience (required)
- BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS (AHA) certifications (required)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (required)
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
- TNCC preferred; BSN preferred
- Own vehicle required for travel assignments
- Massachusetts license upload and documentation as part of submission
- Scheduling requests must be included at submission; RTO requests after offer may be rescinded
