Strategic Finance Leader, Utilities & Regulation

Duck River Electric Membership Corporation is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership over financial integrity, budgeting, and financial reporting. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, ensuring that financial strategies align with the company’s goals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership within the electric utility sector and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing financial risks. A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is required, with additional credentials preferred.
