As a Security Officer Front Desk in Hanover, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, managing arrivals, and communicating security-related information. You will help maintain an orderly environment through exceptional customer service, teamwork, and integrity. Mon 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Tue 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Wed 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Thur 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Fri 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a front desk within a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining entry records, and directing guests according to site-specific policies.
• Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front desk access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related equipment, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
