How Youll Make a Difference: Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify individual student needs. Targeted Intervention: Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate communication goals into the classroom. Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and celebrate student growth, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement. IEP Leadership: Active participation in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations. Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Licensure: Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome to apply).
