Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote
Location: Georgia, GA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Work setting : Remote
Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behaviour analysis services to individuals with disabilities in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting behavioural assessments, developing individualised behaviour intervention plans, monitoring progress, and supporting families, caregivers, and other professionals.
This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :Develop, implement, and monitor individualised behaviour intervention plans for individuals with disabilities.
Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify challenging behaviours and determine appropriate intervention strategies.
Collect, analyse, and interpret behavioural data to evaluate progress and measure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
Provide direct instruction and behavioural support to individuals with disabilities, as appropriate to the service model.
Assess individuals' needs, abilities, interests, and behavioural goals to develop personalised treatment approaches.
Train and support families, caregivers, and other professionals in implementing effective behavioural strategies.
Develop and implement positive behaviour support strategies to address challenging behaviours and promote independence.
Review and modify behaviour plans based on ongoing assessments, data analysis, and individual progress.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavioural interventions.
Qualifications :Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans.
Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioural interventions.
Strong data collection, analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible remote schedule.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
