Job Opening: Receptionist / Front Desk

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Front Desk staff member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to the office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
