About the Role: As a RN Unit Manager , you will oversee a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Your responsibilities will include: Managing : providing guidance, support, and oversight to the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Coordinating : collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication. Evaluating : assessing patient care needs and developing individualized plans to meet those needs. Education : providing ongoing education and training to staff members to improve skills and knowledge. Quality Improvement : identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Requirements: RN Licensure : current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York. Minimum Years of Experience : at least [1] years of experience in a nursing management role.
