This position reports to Production Plant Manager and will work in Litchfield. Second shift hours are 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm. General Responsibilities Oversee receiving, assembly & packaging, and shipping operations for their respective shift Responsible for production results (Order accuracy, inventory accuracy, etc.) for their respective shift Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Coaching, Training and Disciplining team members on policies, processes, and procedures Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety programs Responsible for employee’s time keeping and ensure compliance with HR Policies Partner with Lean resources to continually improve efficiencies Participate in additional projects as necessary What do we offer?
