Land Surveyor

Job Description Job Description CAS Engineering, leading Civil Engineering Firm, located in Frederick, Maryland, is currently hiring survey-techs and surveyors with 1-2+ years of experience. Surveyor will perform broad range of duties including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys. Ability to work both on a team and individually with desire for long-term growth and licensure.
Full-time employment
Job Duties and Qualifications:
1-2 years or more land surveying experience
Experience with boundary and topographic surveys
Experience with robotic instruments / total stations
Experience with construction stakeout
AutoCAD experience preferred
Must possess attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
High School diploma required
College degree (Associate’s / Bachelor’s) preferred
Must possess valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass background and drug screening checks
