Responsibilities:

• Perform routine trash collection and disposal from designated areas.
• Maintain and enhance the appearance of grounds through landscaping and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all tasks.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Utilize equipment and tools safely and effectively for grounds maintenance.
• Assist in special projects, including seasonal clean-ups and events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment operation.
