Hardware Sales Associate

Educate customers on proper use, installation, and maintenance of products. Maintain inventory levels, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist with store merchandising and promotional displays. Support team members in other departments as needed. Qualifications: Knowledge: Strong understanding of general home maintenance, basic tools, lawn and garden, & hardware. Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and climbing.
