Location: Grand Forks, ND, and or St. Cloud, MN
Role requires 50%+ travel and schedule flexibility. The team member will rotate across four sites: St. Cloud, Crookston, Indiana, and Winnipeg, MB. 

Essential Functions:

• Se r ve as a S ub j ect M a t t er E xpe r t ( S M E ) and m a i n t a i n Lu m i na t o r ’ s h a r d w a r e a n d so ft w a r e and hand l e c u s t o m e r qu e s t i ons about t he s t a t e of t he sy s t e m .
• I m p l e m e n t a n d assist with i n s t a l l of new equ i p m e n t on s i t e w it h cu s t o m e r s, p r o v i d i n g t h em o n -s it e t r a i n i ng and suppo r t .
