About the Role

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, public procurement, litigation, and legal support for labor law and data privacy. This role is pivotal in providing strategic and operational guidance, mitigating legal and commercial risks, and ensuring the implementation of key legal processes. The General Counsel will also be actively involved in corporate governance, supporting various business functions with legal actions, and managing a network of external counsels as needed. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree and law degree with excellent results in Greek law, GR Bar registration as a Lawyer, a minimum of 5 years of legal work experience, and a strong background in contract law, particularly in the areas of supply and service transactions, public procurement law, and distributorship agreements. Experience in the healthcare or life science sector is highly valued, and international experience, as well as German language proficiency, is considered a plus. The role requires an individual with the ability to adapt to new legal fields, strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent communication in Greek and English, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. The General Counsel will be expected to be a proactive member of the management team, demonstrate credibility in board interactions, and work collaboratively with legal specialists both locally and globally.
