A Southeastern full service law firm seeks a highly qualified patent agent or associate to join their intellectual property practice in Charlotte, NC.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be registered with the USPTO.
- 3+ years patent prosecution experience in the following areas:
-Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
-Wireline and Wireless Networks, Networking and Communication
-Data Encoding/Decoding, Data Compression, Signal Processing
-Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD / CAM)
-Radar, Antenna, Microwave Engineering and Micro
-Computing
-Mobile Application Software
-Circuit Design
