We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in New Madrid, Missouri who wants meaningful patient relationships, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a close-knit rural community.
\nYou’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on providing therapy and mental health services in a supportive, team-based environment. You’ll enjoy a manageable patient volume, full clinical support, and the opportunity to occasionally support a nearby clinic when needed.
\nYou’ll practice in New Madrid, Missouri, enjoying a welcoming community with an affordable cost of living and strong local culture.

\n• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
\n • Average of 8–10 patients per day
\n • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $55,000

Compensation & Benefits
\n• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience
\n • Sign-on bonus potential
\n • Health insurance ($75 per pay period)
\n • Dental & vision insurance

\n • 80 hours of PTO plus 50 hours of sick leave
\n • 12 paid holidays, including your birthday
\n • 40 CME hours with a $1,500 annual allowance
