RN Nurse Manager (Assisted Living)Salary: $90,000 + Quarterly Bonus Why This Role Stands OutIf you're an RN who enjoys leadership but wants to step away from hospital chaos, this role offers a more structured, relationship-driven environment where you can truly lead care-not just react to it.At Suite Living Senior Care, our Nurse Managers play a central leadership role within the community-partnering closely with caregivers, families, and clinical partners to ensure residents receive thoughtful, consistent care. What You'll Experience in This RoleLeadership without constant crisis mode – predictable environment compared to acute careAutonomy – you are the clinical leader within your communityMeaningful relationships – consistent interaction with residents and familiesSupportive structure – collaboration with hospice, therapy, and leadership teams What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Resident CareLead and oversee clinical care for residents within your communityConduct assessments and develop individualized service plansMonitor resident health and adjust care as needed Medication OversightEnsure safe and compliant medication managementMaintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies proactively Team Leadership & SupportGuide and support caregivers in delivering high-quality careProvide training and coaching on best practices Care CoordinationPartner with hospice, therapy providers, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated services What We're Looking ForActive RN license in good standingExperience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting (or leadership experience in other clinical environments)Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and support a care teamPassion for working with seniors, including those with dementia On-Call Structure - Transparent & PredictableWe know on-call expectations matter, so here's exactly what to expect:Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 7 weeksScope: Phone-based support across a regional group of communities (no on-site requirement)Compensation: $500 stipend per weekend rotationWeekday support (Monday–Thursday):Limited to your own buildingAverages ~30 minutes total per week This structure is designed to provide support coverage while maintaining predictability and work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits$90,000 base salary + quarterly bonusBlue Cross Blue Shield medical plansPTO + paid holidays401(k)Life and long-term disability insurance About UsSuite Living Senior Care is a growing provider of assisted living and memory care communities, focused on delivering personalized, high-quality care in a supportive environment.
