Scrum Master

This role will be as a Scrum Master for a software engineering project consisting of multiple concurrent development streams. They will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion among development streams. They will also assist in tracking, following up on, and closing out any questions or blockers faced by the team. Required skills include: six or more years experience as Scrum Master covering integrated concurrent development streams, six or more years managing JIRA for development teams, including metrics and dashboards for Agile Hive, three or more years experience with Agile methodologies, including leading PI planning, standups, and sprint ceremonies, excellent verbal and written communication skills, well organized, able to track and follow through on action items/decisions, and ability to coordinate between technical, functional, and PMO stakeholders.
