CNC Machine Operator
New Day Executive Search
CNC MachinistWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce quality metal components to customer specifications. This is a hands-on machining role in a clean, organized shop environment. Programming experience is not required.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills and lathesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsVerify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipmentMake machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standardsInspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specificationsMaintain a safe and orderly work areaWork closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of CNC machining experienceExperience with machine setup and operationAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsExperience machining aluminum and other metals preferredHAAS experience is a plusStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a team
