This role supports both front- and back-of-house operations, keeps service flowing smoothly, and maintains the high standards that define our brand. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, driving operational excellence, managing inventory and vendor needs, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring consistency in execution across all areas of the restaurant.
