Role Description The Customer Service Manager for Renue’s Commercial Division of San Diego is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This role oversees day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring clients receive prompt, effective, and professional support before, during, and after deep cleaning services. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, handling escalations, monitoring service quality, and coordinating with operations teams to meet service commitments and deadlines. The Customer Service Manager tracks client feedback, identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and implements procedures that enhance customer satisfaction. This role also involves training and supporting customer service staff, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and contributing to long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY PREFERRED
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service Management and Customer Support to lead service activities and resolve client issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to build strong client relationships and provide clear, professional updates.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to monitor service metrics, interpret customer feedback, and recommend process improvements.
• Experience managing customer-facing teams in commercial services, facilities, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
• Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and basic office applications is advantageous.
• A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, including occasional evenings or weekends to support 24/7 service needs.
