This position is located in Mossville, Illinois with responsibility for the production manufacturing EOL (End of Line) test of Power Electronics product lines. The incumbent will report to the IDES Power Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will partner with and provide technical EOL testing guidance to global engineering and supplier partner teams. You will lead the planning and delivery of complex projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, and drive collaboration in a cross functional environment.Additional Information:This position is located in Mossville, IL.Domestic travel up to 10% with potential for international travel is required. What You Will Do:• Implements and improves testing, development and validation techniques, processes, tooling and machinery to maximize product quality.• Resolving issues regarding the design or manufacturing.
