Training and job responsibilities:

• Learn carpet, hardwood, LVP, and tile installation techniques
• Work alongside experienced installers as apprentice team member
• Participate in The Box training system for hands-on skill development
• Assist with project setup, material handling, and site preparation
• Learn proper tool usage and safety procedures under supervision
• Develop customer service skills through professional job site interaction
• Progress through structured 3-month foundation training program
• Learn subfloor preparation, measuring, cutting, and installation techniques
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain quality standards that earn positive customer reviews
• Handle residential remodels, new construction, and commercial projects

What we're looking for:

• Strong work ethic and desire to learn skilled trade
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Pass background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
