Overview Eligible for $7,500 sign on bonus, half paid 6 months and the other half paid after one year of employment if experienced. Job Details Our Operating Room (OR) RN's: Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgeries including general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic trauma, plastics, robotic, pediatrics, etc. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for patients through safety intervention and support. What You'll Bring Passion for Perioperative Services 1+ years of Main Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience Completion of a Periop 101 course or equivalent perioperative fellowship/residency Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree Will consider Associates Degree if enrolled in an accredited BSN program Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, CNOR preferred Salary Range USD $54.48 - USD $74.72 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
