Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing correspondence, data entry, maintaining records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting various office needs to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery. Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Available Shift Times Monday-Friday, daytime hours Key Responsibilities Answering and routing incoming calls professionally Greeting and assisting visitors, employees, vendors, and guests Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records Preparing, organizing, scanning, copying, and filing documents Supporting spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence Updating information in company systems and databases Assisting with employee paperwork and administrative documentation Managing office supplies and inventory Handling mail, packages, and deliveries Supporting scheduling, meetings, and administrative coordination Communicating with internal departments Ensuring confidentiality and supporting special projects as needed Key Requirements Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred High school diploma or GED required Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Accurate data-entry and recordkeeping skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
