We have an opening for an Shipping & Administrative Associate. The Shipping & Administrative Associate will be working 25-32 hours a week with flexible shifts and on as needed basis. Potential work shift between 9am - 5pm, flexible 2-3 days of the week and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years receiving, shipping, picking and packing, inventory experience in products required
• Proficient computer skills & Microsoft office (Microsoft work, excel, google drive).
• Be able to count, read and record weights and dimensions on products
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs
• Remarkably organized and excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Teamwork (collaboration, open communication, be passionate and have fun)

• Receive, inspect, document, and store inventory and supplies per company standards.
• Counting, Package and Ship orders per company standards Priority, Express) to customers
• Process and organize new orders.
• Process returns received from customers.
• Responsible for 3 way match for purchase order, packaging list, and items received
• Package and ship products per company standards
• Inventory location organization (clearly identified merchandise sizes, types, description, etc.)
• Ensure all inventory movement is documented in the system
• Assist supply chain department in maintaining adequate stock levels
• When required, review work orders for material requirements
• Participate in shipping center cleaning
• Follow all company safety rules, Ability and willingness to follow instruction
• Other duties as assigned by manager
