RN - Rehab Brain Injury Specialist

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation for brain injury patients. You will occasionally take on charge nurse duties, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include providing compassionate care tailored to the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of patients recovering from brain injuries. Maintain effective communication through verbal and written skills, and exhibit positive interpersonal interactions. The position requires physical stamina including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with potential exposure to blood or infectious materials.

Education and certifications: Must hold a current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Experience and requirements: Proven ability to manage patient care in a rehabilitation setting, with knowledge of age-specific patient needs. Strong observational skills and the ability to communicate patient needs clearly are essential.
